What shipping options do you offer?

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout based on the size, weight, and destination of your order.
ow long will it take to process my order?
Orders are processed within 1–2 business days (excluding weekends and holidays). Once processed, you’ll receive a tracking number to follow your order’s journey.
Do you ship internationally?
Currently, we only ship within the United States. We’re working on expanding and will keep you updated on future international shipping options.
How do I track my order?
After your order ships, you will receive a shipping confirmation email with a tracking number. You can use this number to track your order directly through the carrier’s website (USPS, FedEx, UPS, etc.).
Can I cancel or change my order after it's been placed?
Once your order is processed and shipped, we cannot make any changes or cancellations. However, you can contact us as soon as possible, and we will do our best to accommodate any changes if the order hasn’t been shipped yet.
What should I do if my order is damaged or lost?
If your order is damaged or lost during shipping, please contact us within 7 days of receiving your shipment. We’ll work with the shipping carrier to resolve the issue and either replace the item or issue a refund, depending on the situation.
